We’ll do our best to have your room ready as early as possible, but please note that early check-in cannot be guaranteed.
The Toyota Events team will be on-site in hospitality to welcome and assist you. Confirmed hours for the hospitality desk will be included in your “Know Before You Go” email, which you’ll receive the week before the program.
What should I pack?
- Welcome Reception: Smart Casual; Jeans, casual button-downs or nice tops, sneakers or sandals accepted.
- Off-Road: Clothing suitable for outdoor activities and camping. Since temperatures may drop in the evening, bringing layers is recommended.

What will I need to provide for the off-roading drive?
Off-road Logistics and Training will contact you via email before the program to gather the necessary information for driving a jeep. You’ll be required to provide your driver’s license and proof of insurance. You must be 21 years old to operate a vehicle.
Will I have cell service and internet access during the off-road?
Yes, remote Wi-Fi connection will be available during the off-road and at the campsite in Moab, UT.
